    Dave Dormier is a  Registered Professional Engineer and brings 28 years of commercial and industrial engineering project management, design, and regulatory permitting expertise.  Dave has been the senior project manager on a number of multimillion-dollar projects in the Pacific Northwest.  Dave’s expertise is to take a project from concept, through strategic planning, obtain required regulatory permitting,  lead multi-discipline design teams through detailed design, construction contracting and management, and finish the project through commissioning.

    Dave’s ministry has been to support the next generation by serving as a youth pastor team with his wife, 15 years of 4-H youth leadership in Equine and Dog herdmanship, Special Olympics, and PTA projects. Dave is also part of a new Nazarene church plant in Washington State and also serves on the church board with his wife.

    Dave also served for 4 years as the Secretary of the Pierce County Republican Party. He was Chairman of the Pierce County Republican Party Platform Committee and Candidates Committee, served on the Washington State Republican Party Platform Committee, and was elected as an alternate delegate to the 2016 National Republican Party Convention.  As Chairman of the Candidates Committee, he developed a handbook for individuals looking to run for political office for the first time and to have all the tools needed to win.  Dave is a current and 4-term Washington State elected Precinct Committee Officer.

    Dave’s greatest honor has been to have a healing gift ministry and to be able to serve with a Dead Raising Team ministry.  According to Dormier, “Nothing is more powerful in the life of a follower of Jesus Christ than to be associated with other believers such as these in KCIA, that can encourage you and challenge you to take your relationship with Jesus to depths you never imagined possible.”
